  • We at Sanvi know the importance of fast, efficient service and hence strive to deliver your orders in a timely manner. Our large network aims to provide your orders in a quick secure way and takes about 7-14 working days to deliver them to you.
  • Shipping is available across India in various locations. Before placing the order, submit your pin code in the pin code section below the products to get the availability of delivery in your location.
  • We offer free shipping on all orders.
  • Currently we are not offering Cash on Delivery (COD).
  • To be eligible to receive your purchase from the website, a minimum of 1 product needs to be ordered. Maximum of 10 products of a single piece will be accepted in a single order.
  • MRPs of all products are inclusive of all the taxes. The taxes are levied as per the government laws (bound to change as per the change in government tax laws).
  • Gift wrapping option is available, charges of which will be ₹50 per product and should be paid during the payment of your entire order.
  • You can modify your shipping address within 12 hours of placing the order. After that, once the order is packed, no modification in the shipping address will be accepted.
  • In case the order does not reach you within the stipulated time period, you can raise the complaint at info@sanvissm.in with your registered email id and your order number.

03. Can I change my shipping address after placing the order?

  • You can modify the shipping address within 12 hours of placing the order. After packed and shipped, no modification in the shipping address will be available. 

04. If I have to size exchange a product, who will bear the shipping charges of sending the product back to you?

  • In case you have to size exchange your product, you will have to send the product to us. The said shipping charges have to be borne
    by you and they will not be reimbursed by us.
    • For size exchange, please send us a mail at info@sanvissm.in with your order ID. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • All cancellations will be accepted before the order has been packaged and shipped.
  • To cancel your order, send us your reason for cancellation along with your order no. with your registered email id to info@vasundharaethnic.com
  • After the order has been shipped, you won’t be able t o cancel the order. Only exchange of y our product will be available.
  • Multiple order cancellations by one customer will lead to their account being added in our blacklist.

  • Yes, you can cancel the order you placed within 12 hours of placing the order. 

02. Can I cancel my order after it has been shipped to me?

  • No. Once your order is packed & shipped, cancellation cannot be done.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

What is the Exchange policy on Vasundhara Ethnic ?

As a company policy we do not provide refund/return on any product once sold. Once the Sanvi pieces are sold they can be exchanged for replacement in a bigger or a smaller size (provided the aforementioned terms and conditions are met). Customer will be issued a credit note, in case the desired size of the product is not in stock.

If the product is not from sale section & eligible for size exchange, you may write to us at info@vasundharaethnic.com within 2 working days or 48 working hours of delivery to request an exchange.

Once acknowledged by the team during next working day, please send the product back to us your self, we do not have reverse pickup facility. Please do not forget to take acknowledgement receipt from the courier person about the number of products you are dispatching with his signature and mobile number. Vasundhara Ethnic will not be responsible for any lost shipment.

The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail.

  1. Size exchange can be done within 7 days for the date of delivery
  2. Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging and eligible for exchange.
  3. Please mention your name, address, number, email and order id on the parcel along with the size needed.
  4. Please do note, that exchange is allowed once per order.
  5. Size exchange is available (in case of size exchange, the customer is eligible to get a bigger or smaller size, equal to the amount of the exchanged product minus the shipping/COD cost of to & fro).
  6. Store credit equaling the amount of the exchanged product minus the shipping/COD cost with a validity of 30 days from the date of receipt of store credit.
  7. The cost of return shipping cost (reverse pickup as well as shipping charges) for the product is to be borne by you.

EXCHANGE FAQS

01. Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your Cash on Delivery order within 24 hours of order. You can cancel your order through your account.

The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Vasundhara Ethnic and accept the decision regarding the cancellation.

02. How will I receive the credit for my money when desired size of the exchange product is not available?

The credit amount will be added to your Vasundhara wallet, which you can use in next 30 days on the Vasundhara Ethnic website. Please make sure that you use the credit in one go.

03. Can I Size exchange a part of my order?

Yes. You can exchange with size any products that are eligible for size exchange within 48 hours of delivery. Please do note there are some items that are not returnable or exchangeable.

04. My garment does not fit me. What can I do?

If the product does not fit and you would like a new size, please request for a size exchange with the customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the product. Our team will try its best to help you for any size exchanges, alterations subject to availability. In case the size you have requested is not available we will offer you the option to get credit note to buy something else.

05. Why my exchange is not accepted?

We endeavor to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.

  • Exchange/Return not accepted if Customer does not like the product material or colour of the dress, we suggest that the customer should read the product description & have a look at all the pictures before ordering. You can also call us to know more details about the product if needed.
  • Our products are made and handled by human hands involving various processes. There is bound to be variations in colour, finish and overall look. The colours you see on our website will depend on the accuracy of your monitor for which subtle variations must be acknowledged.
  • 10-12% Colour difference depends on the screen resolution of the device used by the client and camera lights please don’t expect an exchange or return for the same.
  • We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on RAISIN as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of a colour will be completely accurate.
  • Exchange/Return not accepted if the product is washed and worn.
  • Purchase made from SALE section are not eligible for any kind of return or exchange. All the sale, discounted, brought with a coupon and gift voucher purchases are non returnable, non refundable & non exchangeable.

DAMAGED PRODUCT POLICY

  • We strive to work on always making your experience with Vasundhara Ethnic a pleasant one. However, due to unforeseen events, if you ever receive a damaged product as part of your order, do not worry. We are there to help you.
  • If you receive a damaged/defective product, contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product on info@vasundharaethnic.com to raise a complaint.
  • Once the complaint is raised, you have to send us a screenshot of your damaged/defective product along with the description of
    the damage on info@vasundharaethnic.com.
  • Once the request is approved, we will either a request of pick up or advice you to send the product back to us at Balram Fab, Tehseenganj, Nr Brajraj Hospital, Chowk, Lucknow 226003.
  • Ensure that all the products that you send back due to the reason of damage are in the same condition in which you received them, i.e., in their original sealed and undamaged packaging – and must have their original label. Items should not be washed or worn.
  • If we ask you to send the product back to us, the shipping charges of sending the product will be reimbursed by us after we
    inspect the product and approve an exchange.
  • Once we inspect the damaged product as w e receive it , we will approve an exchange after it matches all of our criteria.
  • We will send you a fresh product then which shall reach you within 7-14 working days.
